The service manager said if you drop it off the night before we have the option to work on it when we can. I showed them my email confirmation and I was told that's just the way it is. There was three service advisors doing nothing!!!.. Also, there was one car on the lift in the whole shop!!.. Three men and one lady and couldn't get an answer. They were the most incompetent and clueless people I've ever seen. They just don't care. I hope corporate, BBB,chamber of commerce and the CSI survey care because I contacted them all!!!..if I could rate in the negatives I would!! More

Never would I bring my Nissan back to this dealership I was missed informed about the fact that if I left my car to be fixed I would be entitled to a loaner car. I brought in my 2014 rogue for AC issues, I was missed informed about the fact that if I left my car to be fixed I would be entitled to a loaner car. I brought in my 2014 rogue for AC issues, I told the service advisor that I would leave the car and they could take their time to fix the problem. I then asked for a loaner car and was told that I had to set that up before coming into the dealership. I told him when I called to set up my service appointment I was told that if the car needed to be left then I could get a loaner. The service associate told him to talk to the cashier in the Nissan service department named Andrea who was the rudest person I ever dealt with. The only thing she said over and over was who gave you that information, I told her I did not get their name. She did not offer me a ride home or any other solution, I told her I did not appreciate how she spoke to me and that I was going to speak to her superior and her answer was go right ahead!!! I guess causeway allows their employees to speak this way to customers because she clearly did not care. If I owned a company she is someone I would never hire. More

No deal! I drove down because I was told the dealership would beat the price I had on a new Nissan Rogue. I was honest and quoted the price that I had. Walke I drove down because I was told the dealership would beat the price I had on a new Nissan Rogue. I was honest and quoted the price that I had. Walked in an was given a "lecture" on how pricing works. Ken would not negotiate at all. He was $2000. over the price he told me he would beat over the phone. Walked out and purchased my new Nissan close by and saved my $2000. I will never set foot in this dear ship again. More

Several years back I was negotiating a pre-owned Murano, and they tried to sell me a 5 year old car with almost 100,000 miles for $5000 OVER the KBB price. When I pointed this out, the sale manager sneered "Kelly doesn't sell cars!" Right. I went to a dealership 20 miles away and bought a 4 year old Murano with only 40,000 miles with 4 brand new tires for $2000 under book, $7000 (!!!) UNDER the Causeway quote. I resent being treated like an idiot. Just a month ago, my wife brought her Nissan there for her "free" oil change. She asked for a note confirming the VIN, or an odometer statement, offering to pay a documentation fee for it. The service staff were rude and unhelpful, and when we finally got to speak with the "sales manager", he not only stated he never heard of such a thing, but was offended that we would ask for such a thing when we didn't purchase the auto at that dealership. This in front of other service customers and the service staff. We left without the oil change, and will never ever go back. Just as an aside, I had 2 bad experiences with another of the Causeway dealerships over the past 4 years. This makes not one, not two, but THREE sales they lost. I don't know how they stay in business. More

With both leases, we were very pleased with the pricing, to include the trade in value of our previous 2 cars which were both Nissans. Our sales person, Dan McMahon, was a pleasure to work with! He took the time to listen to our concerns and he worked within our budget. We have to tell you that they do not sell cars, they build relationships, that is why we went back to Dan and the dealership for our second car after we leased the first one. We knew that we could count on Dan to work with us. Having bought Nissan before, we know the product line and there was no way that we would buy any other make of car. Having worked with Dan and all of the other exceptional people at the dealership, we can also make the statement that we will continue to make future leases through this dealership. They treated us right and because of that, we will be return customers in the future. Thanks Causeway Nissan, your staff made this a very pleasant and rewarding experience. More

From the time I walked into the dealership to driving off the lot everything was handled and explained fully. Mike listened to what I was looking for understood my budget and helped exceed my expectations in finding a suitable car for me and my family.
