Pauly Goes Rogue At Causeway Nissan Manahawkin I received a Causeway Nissan flyer in the mail that captured my attention enough to call ahead and make an appointment at which I was met in the sales I received a Causeway Nissan flyer in the mail that captured my attention enough to call ahead and make an appointment at which I was met in the sales department by Nancy Rodriguez. Before hand I had printed out three pages from the website of specific cars I wanted to look at including 2013 and 2014 Nissan Rogue and Nissan Murano and had done a substantial amount of research on each model specs and features so I was well prepared when I arrived to exactly what I was looking for. My end goal was always to leave in a new vehicle. My appointment was at 9:15 AM but I actually arrived 45 minutes earlier and was greeted by Nancy who greeted and sat me and asked the purpose of my visit right away. I explained I was looking for new car or preowned 2013 of these two specific models and I was not interested to see anything out. From our immediate interaction Nancy was highly professional and very knowledgeable of her stock inventory and asked me a list of clarification questions to streamline exactly what I was looking for. The specificity of her questions ranged from internal and external features and the type of driving I do daily both personally and professionally. I was captivated by the depth of her questions and felt immediately confident in our exchange. In less than 10 minutes Nancy was on her way to get the specific car(s) I had circled on the papers I had brought and in just a few minutes returned with the first car, a 2013 Nissan Rogue brand-new. We took out for a test drive and I was overwhelmed by the capability and flexibility, both aerodynamically and otherwise of this vehicle not to mention I felt right at home in the driver seat. We returned to the lot and looked at a couple of other vehicles but I kept coming back to this one so we returned to her office to begin the paperwork. Once the paperwork was completed Nancy and I parted momentarily while she went to the finance department to work out the deal. Remarkably she returned several times to keep me updated on the progress of her Nissan finance Department working it's magic. All along Nancy was friendly always smiling and very communicative giving me great confidence that I was going to leave today in a new vehicle. In a short time in consult with finance she came back and we had a deal. I was elated to say the least and could not wait to take this baby home. I did have to get to work but we prearranged for me to return later in the evening giving Nancy the time she needed to detail and ready the vehicle for my pick up. When I returned to her office following my workday, my new Rogue was sitting out front of her office shiny and beaming to welcome me back and so was Nancy! We finalize the details with signatures and exchange of the keys and a massive hug between us. Nancy also took me during this time to meet various people who were essential in putting the entire transaction together including Mike, Will and Yulee, the finance department manager. I found great symmetry in the professionalism and dealer knowledge of the way they presented themselves within their role of my transaction. Having purchased a few cars over my adult years this was by far one of the best auto buying experiences I have ever had. ?? Not only was the dealership very clean and publicly presentable, I note that because I am a bit of a germaphobe, but the friendliness and approachable nature of each staff member I met really put me at ease. I even remember thinking at one point these people really love their work and I don't see that that often in many of my customer service interactions but these guys at the Causeway Manahawkin location are generally good, sound, articulate and knowledgeable professionals because I really felt that they understood the gravity of the money I was spending and didn't take that premise any lighter than I did.. But on the day overall I am remarkably appreciative of Nancy Rodriguez. She really took care of me from beginning to end including the next day called me to check in with me and my purchase. What a remarkable lady that I can't thank enough for giving me a truly stress-free car-buying experience! I left with EXACTLY what I was looking for for within the exact range of money I was looking for. If you are considering buying a Nissan definitely go to the Causeway Manahawkin location and ask for Nancy Rodriguez and sit back and enjoy the experience of car shopping and car buying with her and with Causeway. Best Dealership I ever been too I always have been very leery of going to car dealerships and shopping for new cars. You always here the horror stories of car salesmen taking you to the cleaners just so they can get a commission and taking advantage of people who might not be as equipped in knowing cars. I have to say when I visited Causeway Nissan this past week and met Wendy Smith my whole perspective changed. What a great experience I had with her she was very professional and knowledgeable about her craft. She made me feel accepted and had my best interest in mind when dealing with me. My situation was complicated but Wendy made it her mission to help me and find the best solution for my needs. She wasn't worried about her own personal gain but took an interest in me and I felt the vibe. With the help of her husband Don and the new General Manager among others I was able to walk out of there with a brand new 2014 Nissan Rogue Select. This car fits my budget, lower interest rate and allows me to be in a safe, new car. I owe this new experience to Wendy Smith and the rest of the Causeway Nissan team who actually cares about their clients and truly mean it. Thank you Wendy and the rest of the team for making my year with the new car.
