During my test drive of the CX-5 at a dealership closer to my home, the young salesman happened to mention that he worked at Pugi before coming to the current dealership. He raved about the way Pugi Mazda treated its employees like family, and said that the current dealership was only so-so. That was enough for me to see what Pugi was about. I found the 2014 CX-5 Touring that I wanted on their website. When I requested a quote, Jennifer Paine quickly sent an initial email that gave me a number and advised that Brad Price would be reaching out. Brad called and also sent a follow-up email. At the time, I was also entertaining offers from four other dealerships. Brad and Pugi came in at the lowest price. Over several follow-up emails, Brad gave me the complete breakdown of numbers when I requested them and the out-the-door price. The other dealerships weren't so transparent. In one of our last conversations, Brad found that I was originally quoted a price for a model without the moonroof/Bose option. He advised that they would honor their original quote to earn my business. That they did! When I came to take care of the paperwork. Brad was sincere and friendly -- even other employees who grew up in the same neighborhood as me (but I didn't know them) stopped by to chat. The Pugi team stuck around until 10:30 to complete the transaction and make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Pugi for your next new car purchase! More

I went there twice for oil change. The price after discount is very good. What I like it that they wash your car after the service is done.
