1st time @ Castle Mazda Downers Grove - got a Warranty Safety Recall Repair Notice 7425E Traction / Stability Light may fail to light. Got this Notice in October but wanted to wait for the Technicians to get used to doing this work. Talked to Mike McWilliams the Service Manager to order the new DSC module & set up the repair date / time. Called to reschedule with Kyle Church & checked to see if part was in. Jake ( Jacob ) Vavra helped with the details - all great to talk with. My 2024 MX-5 Club needed this DSC recall warranty work. The Technician did a great job as it took less than we thought ( 2 Hours ) . To bleed the brakes / replace the DSC / recalibrate the DSC along with all the sensors for this module. Wish I could have met him !

I feel I was ripped off. I am looking over my statement and there are some charges that don’t make any sense. Coming out of there paying over $800 was a shock. Joan Schramm

This is the best service department ever. The timing is always spot on, pricing is exactly what was quoted, if not less. They will tell me when I don’t need certain things which is rare - means less money for them and a bigger savings for me! I’m just blown away with the efficiency, professionalism and courtesy.
