Quality product but incompetent staff If you plan on financing your car, make sure that you know exactly what you are getting before you sit down with the financial specialist. They told me I would get 0% apr for 60mo for the price we negotiated. However, when we sat down with the financial specialist that quickly became a you take the msrp price with 0% apr or the negotiated down price with 5% APR. Luckily I had a check from my bank at 2% that I was able to use, otherwise I would have got up and left right there and then; wasting 5 hrs of my day. Not to mention that the financial specialist is a complete jerk who was trying to rush me out the door. There are also small things such as the car wash they told me about. I specifically asked if they used an automated system with brushes and they said no. Bought the car and came back in a week, was laughed off for asking for a brush-less wash. I'm sorry for not wanting to put my brand new car through a rock throwing machine. They also told me I would get a free seriousxm membership for 6 months but it expired in 3 weeks. I don't like seriousxm so I don't mind, but that doesn't change the fact that they lied to me. More

He was personable, humorous, patient, easy to get along with, he worked with us and our budget, he answered our questions honestly and never pressured us. We stopped at a few other dealerships before this one and this was the most pleasant experience out of all of them, which made our decision even easier. We highly recommend going to Pugi if you want great customer service and a reliable great looking vehicle. We also give Joseph Lyons the highest rating possible! He made this important decision come together perfectly! More

I had been talking to my salesman Jesse for a months about purchasing a Mazda 3. He's been very patient and kept constant contact with me the entire time over the course of the past few months. When my mom and I walked into the dealership, he immediately grabbed the exact car I was looking for and had it waiting for us. He was very honest and never pressured us. Mike the finance guy was really nice also and was also pretty honest with us about how much I would be paying. Also, if you want competitive pricing on your car insurance I would suggest talking to the Allstate representitive they have on hand there named Parnell. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable and gave us really great information about changing my policy. I was expecting to be stuck there all day, but surprisingly we were only there for a few hours. Most dealerships are shady and require you not to expect much out of them, but I was extremely happy with my experience at Pugi and I highly recommend going there if you want to purchase a Mazda! First Service visit on car that was purchased here. BEWARE! I came in for my first service visit. Since I purchased my car there in march I was told that oil change and tire rotation is for free. I was greeted I came in for my first service visit. Since I purchased my car there in march I was told that oil change and tire rotation is for free. I was greeted by Joel the service advisor. I told him I am here for my first oil change and I had purchase the car here in march. He said great that the first visit the oil change is on the house but I have to pay for the tire rotation on the car for $19.99 since it is not cover. I thought it was weird because a few days earlier the girl at the dealership said both oil and rotation is for free. I didn't want to argue with Joel so I decline the tire rotation. Later on I called back and talk to the service manager John and not once was he apologized for the mistake. So please future customers please be aware or you will be taken advantage of More
