They gave me an honest, out-the-door price, $2,505 off the vehicle MSRP of $21,060 within 60 minutes of my Monday afternoon request. PUGI OF CHICAGOLAND STEAL FROM THE CUSTOMERS. LET ME EXPLAIN, I WENT TO PUGI LAST YEAR AND TRADED IN MY 2000 AUDI A4 FOR A NEW VW PASSAT. I HAD A BALANCE ON MY TRADE FOR 15K. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD PAY EXPLAIN, I WENT TO PUGI LAST YEAR AND TRADED IN MY 2000 AUDI A4 FOR A NEW VW PASSAT. I HAD A BALANCE ON MY TRADE FOR 15K. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD PAY OFF MY CAR AND MY PAYMENTS WOULD BE 380. I SAID OK AND WE DID THE DEAL. THREE WEEKS LATER MY BANK CALLED ME AND SAID THEY ONLY GOT 10K FROM PUGI. I CALLED PUGI AND THEY TOLD ME THEY PAID IN FULL. I CALL MY BANK AND TELL THEM THAT, THEY SEND ME A COPY OF THE CHECK AND IT WAS ONLY 10K. THE BANK WANTS THE MONEY AND I HAD TO PAY. PUGI WILL NOT RESPOND TO ME OR PAY ME. THEY TELL ME TO TALK TO THEIR ATTORNEY AND NEVER RETURN MY CALLS. I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY AND I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR THE MONEY EVER SINCE. IS THIS ENOUGH INFO ON WHY PUGI SUCKS OR DID YOU NEED ANYMORE DETAILS? NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM EVER!!!!! More
