When we initially started the program, General Motors and most manufacturers didn't require synthetic oil. A few years back they started requiring semi-synthetic which we decided to continue to eat the cost of, but now that a full synthetic is required, we are just unable to do so. If you feel unhappy with the service at the dealership please send an email to Mike Castagnino at mcastagnino@castleguy.com so we can find you a solution.
