Engine light on My engine light went on Saturday afternoon. I call Castle for a service appointment and immediately received a Monday morning appointment. On Monday after running a diagnostic panel it was decided that my timing chain needed to be replaced and it would take a few days to repair it. I was quickly given a loaner car so I could finish my running around for the day. The timing chain was replaced and I had my car back by Thursday. More

Rude staff ..Tony Fajardo Tony Fajardo doesnt understand the concept of customer service..start with listening and not whining..Also they did not top off my windshield fluids n Tony Fajardo doesnt understand the concept of customer service..start with listening and not whining..Also they did not top off my windshield fluids nor wash the car as they said they would..i had to ask when i picked it up for them to inflate the tires which on the diagnostic were low. Last time in there for an oil change they forgot about me for hours while I waited and then asked did I still want the oil changed? Really..sorry I bought a car here...it will be my last and anyone else who asks me..stay away.from Castle as I talk to others same problems with this place which I had spoke to them before purchasing. Then service writer asked if I lived in a bad neighborhood and that someone may have been attempting to steal tire. Impossible since my vehicle is parked on my driveway and that side of the vehicle is against the house and not able to fix it. No bearing on this I visited castle Buick and had a bad experience and recently stopped at castle Chevy in Elk Grove . I walked the showroom floor along with the lot and not once did a salesperson approach and ask if they could help, so I left. Was interested in a new Tahoe More
