Bought a 2017 Traverse and was told after the first set of tires goes bad they would replace the tires with a new set for free. Now claiming it was a part of the contract so they can’t do it. Also that the guy who agreed to that doesn’t work there anymore. As if that matters at all to me. Absolute terrible customer service. Got hung up on because I was getting upset. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere. More
Rude people and do not honor their word...I was quoted a price to install a bug shield that was ordered from GM parts...I was giving a price for installation. I was very impressed with the purchase of my GMC Terrain. The sales team did an amazing job working with my budget and "yes" I left there with a lessor down payment than requested. FIVE WEEKS WITH NO PART YET The dealership put an aftermarket lift gate on my mom's new car. It was great. Now it has stopped working. FIVE weeks and still no part! My mother The dealership put an aftermarket lift gate on my mom's new car. It was great. Now it has stopped working. FIVE weeks and still no part! My mother is a senior with a rotator cuff injury. So five weeks now with her trying to load groceries into the back seat of her car. Can't get them in and can't get them out! I am afraid that when the snow arrives, she will fall trying to get groceries out of the car. We have made multiple calls and are always told that they can't find the part. I will give one more week then will contact the better business bureau and WGN investigates as well. More

Could have been worse So all in all, everything was decent. Came in with a rough idle issue and after it was checked out, they found an issue with the cooling system leakin So all in all, everything was decent. Came in with a rough idle issue and after it was checked out, they found an issue with the cooling system leaking. After the repairs, the next day my coolant system was leaking. They did take care of it, just a hassle going back to the dealer on a Saturday. Then return the loaner and pickup my car on a Monday evening. I believe what I was charged for the initial repair was a bit high. Labor was over $1000.00. Based on when I told them to do the work and when the car was ready, it was roughly 5 hours. I believe most shops charge around 160.00 per hour, and I was charged around 200.00. I look at one of the items replaced, valve cover, and they charged 500.00 in labor. I personally cant see this taking more than an hour. I could do it myself maybe in 2 hours. Anthony was courteous and helpful. More
