Very difficult to get a return phone call I bought my car from Castle with a cracked windshield, which they agreed to replace as part of the sale. I scheduled the service and they replaced the I bought my car from Castle with a cracked windshield, which they agreed to replace as part of the sale. I scheduled the service and they replaced the windshield. Unfortunately, the windshield was defective and needed to be replaced again. This is where the service issues began. I called and left a message with the service person that helped me. After a week of never receiving a return call, I called again and asked for the service manager. Again I had to leave a voicemail, and again, I waited a week for a return call, which never came. I finally got someone to respond after the third call and got the windshield replaced a second time. The second windshield is not defective. More

Battery issue So I went on vacation and my 2016 Malibu was sitting in a garage for a few days. When I came home the car was completely dead, even the key fob was dead. Had to be towed into service at castle and they could not figure out the issue. My car is still covered by warranty and they did not want to replace the battery or the alternator because according to their “tests” everything came up fine and in working condition. Now I am concerned that this will happen again and by that time my warranty will have been run out. How could you not figure out why my car was dead? It was a brand new battery from 8/9 months ago. Need better tests/guidelines and having better trained technicians to figure out the problem. More

Service department I called Castle for my recall. The receptionist Chrisi answered the phone and my made my appointment. When I went in I was greeted by Marlex. Poor Customer Service My son brought his car here for an engine noise. Engine needed to be replaced. Castle's prices were higher than other dealers so we decided to take our vehicle else where. The part that upsets me is that my son is going to college in the area and I am out of state. I called to pay for the $170.00 diagnostic fee so he could get the car off the lot because i will be coming from out of state and can not make it in time. They would not take my card over the phone and said I should transfer money to my son. Sometimes people need to look at their polices and make exceptions to provide customer service. I wont be back and I will encourage him to let people in the area know about the experience. One bad decision can cost a company a lot thanks to social media. More

While I was truck shopping I was between 2 silverados at different locations, because of the free oil change i bought from Castle Chevy. This was obviously a scam to get me to buy from there, shame on Castle Chevy. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY OR SERVICE!! More
