Castilone has always gone above and beyond for taking care of our service needs. Sometimes I can get them to pick it up for me due to my work schedule. When taking my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan in to have the door lock actuator replaced, another part on my vehicle was broken by the tech and no one said anything. The vehicle was also very dirty. The tech wa door lock actuator replaced, another part on my vehicle was broken by the tech and no one said anything. The vehicle was also very dirty. The tech was walking around the inside of the vehicle with dirty boots. Good customer service would dictate at least vacuuming it out after. The repair work for the part that was broken was repaired, but the level of customer service really bumps my rating down. Consider taking a look at how your techs treat peoples cars when they bring them in for service. I am currently in the process of trying to get them to repair the part they broke. I would be glad to amend my rating to a 3 start if the part they broke is replaced and they consider a different approach to customer care. I would clean the car after the repair also, and give a little more focused attention to inspecting the vehicle before you give it back to the customer. More
