This dealership has the worst I have ever experienced. If you do not understand or know what is wrong with your car...DO NOT take it here. They'll promise you a loaner car and conveniently not have any when you arrive. You are stuck there for hours as they give you a bogus list of everything that's wrong with your car, as an attempt to profit from your lack of knowledge. If your vehicle is covered under warranty, the service department will use scare tactics to get you to buy additional services (ex. Tires & brakes). Their website offers to price match tires with competitors, however I was told repeatedly, "we don't do that.". $2,800 is the estimate of repairs this dealer wanted to charge to fix my car. Another GM dealership fixed everything for $900. Bottom line, if you do not understand vehicles and how they work, do not take your car here. You will pay double or triple the amount for your repairs...that you did NOT need done. I have reported this to GM corporate and the BBB for investigation. They do have a nice renovation happening to their dealership...wonder who's paying for it??? More

Went in to add on an after market grill to my brand new CTS and was treated great. Very professional, very accommodating, and very friendly. I have bought two cars from Casa de Cadillac so far and they have been nothing but great! I went in to buy one for myself and then I just couldn't help but buy another from them. Casa is very fair and re they have been nothing but great! I went in to buy one for myself and then I just couldn't help but buy another from them. I bought my CTS new at Casa de Cadillac and maintained its warranty service with the dealer. Occasionally I bring the car in for problems that my mechanic can't handle (electrical). I leased my 2nd new SRX with Casa. I was under the gun as my lease was ending (October 2011). I had the option to extend my lease 3 months. I was very unsure about the 2012 SRX but felt bamboozled into as my lease was ending (October 2011). I had the option to extend my lease 3 months. I was very unsure about the 2012 SRX but felt bamboozled into the sale by Ms. Teti. She assured me that there was no chance the price would go down (I am paying $615 per month)and that my choice of car was the last one left and she had to even get it from another dealer. She stated it was a tremendous "deal" for a 2012 car and most importantly, it would only go up in price. Not a chance it would go down. I got talked into it because of my lease ending. Well, a month after I bought the car, I see it being offered for $399 a month!!! That's $200 less than I am paying. I was furious. I attempted to contact the sales manager by phone and fax (Bob Nelson). No response. After many attempts to reach Mr. Nelson, I finally called the owner, Howard Drake, and he emailed me back to put me in touch with "Greg" whom I never had a conversation with about this situation. After many attempts to reach Greg, I tried Mr. Drake again as well as his wife, Susan Drake and never got a response. I called GMAC and they were never able to speak to anyone after about 15 attempts as no one returned their calls. I was having the car serviced and since I was there in person I insisted on speaking to someone in person! Finally! I spoke to Bruce Roberts (Sales Manager), a very lovely man. He agreed that I should not have been told there was not a chance the car would go down as they never know. I should have been told by Ms. Teti that it could go either way. The fleet manager Bruce Thompson said I could trade it in but I would likely have to pay a lot of ou-of-pocket to do that. Now I am stuck with this car that I absolutely despise. I am paying $200 more than everyone else and I am very upset about it. After the sale (my second car with this company), they were terrible-so rude, so uncaring. I truly cannot believe the work ethic. I feel totally ripped off. I was bamboozled, lied to and ignored. I cannot believe this is how they treat a consumer, particularly someone who has purchased previously. I would never, ever, ever recommend this company and wouldn't even consider purchasing from them again. I intend to write reviews on every single Internet blog I can about my experience and how bad a company this is. I must say: their service department is always excellent, but the dealership-horrible.
