This is a family biz (Sam & mom) that has been in business for many years and proudly NEVER has pushy, answer a question with a question, "what will it take to get you in this today" salespeople! They are always straight up and NO BS! Let me tell you our story... We went to Carz Planet last year and, very embarrassingly, could not make ends meet enough to get what we wanted. Truly, it would've been a miracle if we got approved anywhere--but if anyone could've done it it would've been these guys!!! Now... There are a couple reviews on here saying they waited for a long time only to not get approved or traveled a long ways... What I say-- C'mon now fellas! If you have bad credit and no (or a brand new) job you will not be approved anywhere!! Really?? Be realistic guys!! I can say this.. Sammy, Jaylin, Jeremy and Josh actually became friends over the months!! AND, cross-my-heart, they didn't contact us! We kept up the contact because they were SO great! They tried so incredibly hard to get us approved last year and we're completely straight up the whole time! Even let us in on interactions with the bank!!! REALLY?!? That never, ever happens with BS-ing money-mongering dealers! So now we've been at the same jobs for 6 months (we were both newly hired before) and went back to see Sam. Ok, ok.. we stopped at one place first (felt like I was cheating on a high school love) and the salesmen made me want to vomit!!! I couldn't wait to get back to normal, real people!!! We walked in not knowing if we were even eligible for approval yet and left with a virtually brand-spankin-new Audi S4 with every package ever known to Audi at an an AMAZING price and within our monthly budget for payments. I cannot praise these guys enough! I will absolutely NEVER buy from anyone else! These guys are friends for life... And, Jaylin, we'd love to see you play pro ball in the Philippines!! Quality Cars and a Friendly Staff I recently drove up to the Portland / Milwaukie OR area to shop around for and purchase a vehicle. I live in Medford OR and because I was looking for a specific kind of high performance vehicle the selection in my area is very limited. I had made arrangements to test drive / check out a Subaru STi Carz Planet had listed on their web site. Unfortunately it was not available to test drive when I arrived. Although I was disappointed they convinced me to at least take a quick spin in a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X that they had for sale. I fell in love almost instantly, the vehicle was immaculate - even though it was 7 years old it felt like a brand new car. It also had several aftermarket modifications that were both high quality; very costly and had been installed very professionally. You could tell that whoever owned this vehicle before me really took care of it. The guys at Carz Planet really took their time to explain every detail of the buying process and even helped me to add a warranty that covered the engine and transmission for the next three years / 36000 miles. I was not an easy sell , in fact I really took my time to research every aspect from the car to the warranty to the terms of the loan etc. They were patient and knowledgeable and I could tell that every aspect of the sale was done professionally and correctly. They gave me a fair value for my trade in ( and paid off the remainder of my loan balance in a timely manner. ) and also helped me to find a spectacular deal on car insurance. I will definitely be returning to Carz Planet for my next purchase as well as recommending them to my friends and family for any and all future car purchases - I don't think I could have had a better buying experience anywhere. They really made it fun and made me feel good about leaving with the keys to a new ride. It puts a huge smile on my face every time I hop in my car and start it up. This company will use you and sell the car from under you! I went in on Sunday afternoon to see a car that I had been talking to Steve about for a couple weeks, The car was there and I went through their appl I went in on Sunday afternoon to see a car that I had been talking to Steve about for a couple weeks, The car was there and I went through their application process. Over the next 3+ hours, they appraised my trade-in and quizzed me about my income and credit history as you would expect at a dealership. I had the title to my trade-in and all forms and documentation that they requested. They had me wait for the whole time while they were processing my loan application. After more than three hours, they informed me that I would have to check back in the morning about the financing result and to hear their offer. I went home and before they closed for the day, they sold the car to someone else that came to see it after we started trying to finance it. What a colossal waste of my time, gas, and a totally unnecessary hit to my credit record for the inquiry! I am sure after I left, they simply used me to pressure the other guy into doing the deal right then and likely for a higher amount. I was used and disrespected and will never go there again and I recommend you don't either. You don't take a guy down a road like that and then sell the car out from under him. They didn't even give me a chance. More

2004 Mustang GT with 50K Miles I was searching for a car for my son to drive across the country upon his return from a Military assignment overseas. I saw this car on Craigslist and was very skeptical that A) There was actually a 10yr old Mustang GT with such low miles, and B) It was legit and at a car lot on McLoughlin. I went down and looked it over. They agreed to let me put the car up on their lift as well as scanning the computer. It was every bit what they had represented it as. I put a deposit on the car and brought my son in to pick it up right off the plane. We took the car to my shop and dug in deeper. The car was everything we could have hoped for. More

I found carz planet through a craigslist posting while I was shopping for a new car. I live 240 miles away in Washington state and carz planet told me everything about the car. I sent a friend that lives closer to check it out and drive it for me before I made the decision to buy the car. bill at carz planet told me that their cars went through "FINE TOOTH" inspection by certified mechanics, I took his word and after buying the car and getting it home discovered it had a major oil leak, I called and text message for a week and got nowhere. I decided it was less hassle to fix the car myself and hope that I have no other issues with this car.... I don't think that carz planet had anything to do with the things I found wrong with the car, however I do feel that the car was miss represented.... I feel that they dropped the ball when they had the car checked out and I also feel I should be compensated for all my troubles, but get nothing..... I am very un happy with them and will not be buying from them ever again. in talking with Pete at carz planet even though he didn't come right out and say for me to do it he insinuated that I have my local mechanic scam the warranty company to get my car fixed under the 90 day service plan.... they were willing to have me bring the car back to them and they would fix it at my expense to drive 240 miles and take time off work for me just wasn't an issue.... How can I feel that if I took the car back to them that it would be fixed right? very dis satisfied More
