so so so so happy with my nissan! so i just bought my first car ever yesterday and i have to say i am super super super happy camper! to be honest i wasnt even looking for a vehicle. I came to just look at options because i was thinking of wanting to purchase a vehicle in the next 3 months or so and the only reason i wanted to wait was because i barely had any money down and my credit wasnt the best! well when i got there scott the fiannce manager helped me out and it turned out that i actually had no credit and that i was a first time buyer.. so i was like oh great now i definelty cant buy a car! well it turns out not only did they have 5 options for me to choose from but they got me a interest rate under 8% with never financing a used car before or anything for that matter! to be honest i was shocked. there was serioulsy zero pressure from these guys. you know how car dealers have that sterotype of being pushy? not these guys! they were short handed so i actualyl got to deal with a sales manger from start to finish and to be honest it was actually pleasant. he didnt put me in a car that i didnt like. he actually took the time to show me ALL 5 vehicles and to describe the benefits of each and every single on of them. what blew my mind away was that they were super busy! I mean they had customers everywhere and there was only 2 managers on duty yet scott never rushed me through my purchase. he actually test drove all 5 vehicles with me and took his time! he told me not to worry and that my happiness in purchasing a vehicle was his only concern. it felt good to actually buy a car from someone that actually cared because you dont see that that often. he was a class act. so after i finally picked the right vehicle which literally took me 1 hour cause i can never decide on what i want (imagine how dinner is for me lol) we went back into scotts office and he showed me all my payment options! i was able to get into my nissan altima with little cash down and not to mention he hooked me up because i was able to get warranty and gap under my original payment. overall i am super happy with the entire experience. i have to say that even though it was my only car purchase it was truly the best because of the experience they provided to me. class act service. i loved every second. they didnt sell me a car.. they actualyl found me the car that fit my wants and needs and you cant ask for anything better than that you actually cant! i love my car i cant say it enough! thank you again scott and the team at carz! Bait and wait! We were looking for a specific type of truck and had seen add for a neighboring dealership and drove out to see a truck that just did not pan out! Seems a lot of 4X4s trucks coming out of Canada are coming off the oil fields and these dealerships are picking them up cheap out if the auctions and selling them for top prices! Beware! The are driven hard and dumped! Any way they showed us everything we did not want then I saw a 2009 F150 that looked promising! We were retold by dealer #1 they wanted 19 k for it but James said he could get it down! After waiting an hour and a half to talk to him his quote was 23K! What a crook of bull! Wasted our time! Then said he had another in a lot down the road! Total garbage! Smelled like mold! And it was STILL IN KILOMETERS! bought an amazing truck the next morning in salem from the US. FOR 12k less and less miles! Go wide of these yayhoos ! More

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS. Not everyone has perfect credit and lots of people go through hard times. I am one of those people. I needed to f DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS. Not everyone has perfect credit and lots of people go through hard times. I am one of those people. I needed to find a dealership that would work with y unique circumstances. I had called in and spoke with Greg who assured me that they would be able to finance a car for me after I explained my situation. I believed him to be empathetic and understanding at the time. I drove over an hour out to the dealership and the day was fraught with red flags. First, let me say... they did get me approved for a car, but event that was messy how they handled it. Here's a quick synopsis of my experience.... 1. I had completed an online application and they didn't pull it even after I expressed that I completed one online. It felt like a brush off and disrespectful of my time. 2. I hated the first car I qualified for and James, the manager, went to bat for me and got me into a car that I liked and worked for what I needed. (this is why they get one star) James rocked. Greg tried to get me to be happy with the first car instead of recognizing it was not what I wanted. He had no gumption to provide good customer service. 3. Greg was a lame xxx excuse for a sales person. He could do absolutely nothing. Every time I asked a question, he acted dumb and had to go find a manager to answer my questions. He was ill informed and indifferent. I felt like he only cared about the deal closing for his own benefit. I would have preferred to work with James or the finance manager directly instead. 4. When I took possession of the car, I didn't realize that I had an empty tank of gas. I was disappointed as I have never bought a car that was on empty. I've bought both used and new cars and I have always received a full tank of gas before I drove off the lot. ALWAYS! Greg promised that when he received his next paycheck that he would be "willing to get me gas, Cause I appreciate your business" per his text message to me. 40 days later, I reached out since it's been more than a month since his promise. His response to my text asking if he was going to fulfill his promise was offensive. Here's his direct quote. "People are so funny these day, The New Meliniam Generation is Dam Lazy it's Pathetic. When I bought a car, No one gave me gas for my car. I feel bad for your Mother. I think it's time for you to get a real job and be responsible. Have a Nice Day... Thanks" #1 I am NOT a millenial #2 I have a job and get paid well #3 You do not bring anyone's mother into anything #4 This is an inappropriate response with or without the original promise in place. 5. My income situation at the time of purchase was unique and the week after the deal was closed I received a call from the Underwriter tell me that they needed income documentation. I was confused as I provided all of my income documentation at the time of purchase and was under the impression that my loan approval was based on what I provided. I found out that the dealership did not submit any of my income paperwork. What I find funny is that they left the funding of their loan in the hands of their customer, rather than making sure it was handled for all parties involved. 6. They set up car insurance for me. Fine. No big deal, you would think, but they did not provide any information to me about my policy at all. I thought it was in my paperwork when I drove off the lot. It was not. I had to call back in for proof of coverage. Once I called the Insurance Carrier, I learned they did not set up my policy correctly either. They never asked me for my limits that I wanted. They also put all of their dealership information in as the contact information. If I had not called and sought out the details, I would never have received my insurance details. 7. Follow up... There has been zero follow up from the dealership on the purchase of my vehicle. This has been the worst customer service experience to date and I have purchased at least a dozen vehicles in the past. I just hope they send me my license plates at this point. More

Im so glad I chose to go to them in the end though! Their team balanced friendliness and compassion with professionalism and their honestly sincere interest in meeting my families needs on a limited budget, truely made my truck buying experience enjoyable rather than stressful. I got a better truck than I set out for, for less than I was prepared to spend, WITH a warentee! It is the definition of an investment for our family! My new FORD runs like a champ, is gorgeous, isnt breaking my bank monthly,and is has enpugh room for my two daughters, husband, and I plus groceries! I am beyond thankful to the gentlemen who helped me through the selection, buying, and financing process! Add on the bonus of being able to come straight to them for repairs? Im beyond satisfied and will be recommending them to family and friends for sure! More

Not to mention they work with you to get you the best interest rate to get your payment as low as possible. I would honestly recommend these guys to my own mother. I now just bought my 2nd truck through Carz Planet . My first one was a 2009 F350 super Duty in Nov 2015. Deal went great, truck is great. This place seems to be a dealer that does check out there inventory before putting it on the lot. I had a alternator go out about 15000 miles into the warranty we bought, took it to ford and it was fixed cost me the $100. deductible plus I had some upgraded parts put in at the same time at my cost. It was a simple to do and would recommend getting the warranty More

This guy has stayed in contact with me for almost 3 years after my first purchase helping me look for my next vehicle and always returning my calls and texts with quick answers to any questions I have had. Me and my wife recently found her dream car. 08 WRX STI Wagon. And it was at CarzPlanet. I texted sammy on a Sunday morning and he was quick to reply to get up there n he would get us into it that day. Away we went and when we got there that's when Logan the salesman met us when we pulled in. Logan is a very knowledgeable guy when it comes to cars, especially Subaru's! Between Logan and Sammy they didn't give up on us and worked on getting us this loan for over 6 hours! They made it happen. End result, my wife was ecstatic with her new car and we feel like we walked away with not only a new car but a couple of new friends. Logan took the time to go over everything about the car with my wife and show her how everything worked and also gave us his personal cell # in case we had any other questions before he sent us on our way.
