My husband and I thought we were getting an ok deal-not great- but ok. 3 weeks after we bought the car we took it for an oil change (even though they said all the maintenance was up to date) and the servic great- but ok. 3 weeks after we bought the car we took it for an oil change (even though they said all the maintenance was up to date) and the service department we took it to found a slew of problems, including an utterly worn out timing belt that they said they replaced. Now we don't know what to do since we can't afford the payment AND an extra 4500$ in repairs. They claimed that they inspected the car, but if they did they would have known about all of the needed repairs. I do not trust a word these people say and in my opinion, neither should anyone else. Not to mention that everyone we dealt with smoked right in front of our 3 year old son!! And their building is disgusting! More
Unethical liars!!! Don't walk... RUN! By far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership and this certainly isn't my first rodeo. Drove 3 1/2 hours with an appointment with JJ to see a par worst experience I have ever had at a dealership and this certainly isn't my first rodeo. Drove 3 1/2 hours with an appointment with JJ to see a particular truck we had seen online. Arrived to see the truck out in line on the sales lot. Pulled over to it and we were promptly greeted by salesman Tucker who said "Come on in the office and fill out some paper work for JJ." Are you kidding me? This was before we had even opened the door on the truck, let alone taken it for a test drive! Since when are you asked to fill out a credit app before you have even agreed to purchase a vehicle? This was the first red flag and I should have run then, but I liked the truck and that is exactly what they are counting on. We refused to fill out the paper work we had been presented with, and then were taken back out to the lot and allowed to take it for a test drive. We liked the truck and agreed to purchase it so we went back to the office. Then Tucker completely disappeared and JJ was no where in sight. After an awkward 10-15 minute wait, we finally went to look for someone to find out WTH was going on. Then we were told "Oh sorry. The truck was sold to someone else while you were test driving it." It would have been so easy to just tell us up front that someone else was looking at the truck and they could either show us something else or we could wait and see it that deal went through! That we could deal with- so someone else beat us to it, it happens. But to not even be told anything until we were trying to buy the truck was not the way to do business. There a countless vehicles available- what matters is how you are treated. The only way to stay in business is to treat people right. All of their talk about being a small family owned business who prides itself on integrity is just that- talk. So, Carz Planet, it will come back on you and I will do my personal part to make sure that it does and warn others about you. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Additionally, after I went to the BBB site to file the complaint, I found they are rated an F and have 7 other complaints against them even though they have only been in business since 12/12. More

Giving out 5 stars is a hard thing to do but honestly this company went out of way to make me the happiest customer in the world. I bought a 2004 Mercedes E500 from these guys and everything was perfect this company went out of way to make me the happiest customer in the world. I bought a 2004 Mercedes E500 from these guys and everything was perfect about it. I got the exact payment I was looking for and the car even passes Mercedes willionsivlle inspection which showed they really cared about their cars and didn't sell junk. Well on my way home to Eugene I wasn't thinking and ran out of gas and I was about a hour past their lot. I simply called their store and without even asking they sent out one of their lot attendants to get me a gas tank and even filled up my tank at the gas station. Truthfully with all my years buying cars I've never had such a wonderful experience and I love my car to death! I worked with Rami and Sammy and they were the best people I've ever had. Its like walking into a Nordstoms of Car dealership its super easy and no pressure at all! More
Salesman A promises that the vehicle I'm looking for is "on it's way and will be here soon." Also promises to sell it to me for just under 17k. They appraise my car, score it ALL 10's, fall in love with is "on it's way and will be here soon." Also promises to sell it to me for just under 17k. They appraise my car, score it ALL 10's, fall in love with it and promise to take it on trade PLUS give me "a couple thousand cash on top of the deal, for sure". The vehicle they promised was available becomes unavailable. They pass the buck. But "No worries, we have another one almost just like it already coming from auction, will be here next week." I make the trip across the state of Oregon AGAIN, only to get there late at night, after hours and find it not there. Arrive in the morning - still not there. "Guaranteed, it'll be here tomorrow, it's at the detail shop now." SO MY FAMILY AND I STAY THE NIGHT IN A MOTEL, JUST TO FINALLY GET A GLIMPSE OF A VEHICLE & DEAL I'VE BEEN PROMISED TWICE. This vehicle, too, becomes unavailable, though, like the first, was PROMISED TO BE AVAILABLE; no if's and's or but's. Buck passed, yet again. Also, when I arrived that morning, salesman A decided to take the day off without setting up my appointment, after I just drove my family across the state and put us all up in a motel, naturally at MY EXPEN$E. No one had a clue why I was back, what vehicle I was supposed to be seeing, much less buying... the ball was COMPLETELY DROPPED. In 3 days I txtd Salesman A 4 times.... NO RESPONSE. Salesman B promises to contact me when another vehicle comes up that I'd be interested in (.... haven't heard a word). By now it's the last week of July. So NOW a month later....I call them, talk to the owner's son, I think, tell him the story, and ask if they're still interested in buying my car, since I've found the perfect vehicle to buy elsewhere. (Remember, they were going to do a straight trade + cash for my car.) He kinda apologizes, tries to get me to see everything his way and acts like it's no big deal as he PASSES THE BUCK yet again. "Salesman A isn't' with us anymore" like that TOTALLY CANCELS OUT ALL THE GARBAGE THAT HAPPENED BECAUSE OF HIS ESTABLISHMENT?!?! NO, THAT FIXED NOTHING FOR ME THE WOULD-BE CUSTOMER, HELLO!?!? Tells me he'll talk to the owner to see if they want to buy my car outright. Considering the truck they were gonna trade me for + cash, I was asking well below what they originally offered. (I've studied literally thousands of both of these vehicles for months - I KNOW both markets) "I'll contact you Saturday" he says. Saturday comes, NOTHING. I call, only to be told that "he's very busy this morning and requests that YOU call HIM back in an hour" - like he's Lord of the Flies or something. I explain that HE was overdue to contact ME, I'm in meetings all day starting now, and he needs to contact me. STILL NOTHING. After calling TWO MORE TIMES, I finally get a call back from some random little messenger, telling me that my price is too high and they will not be buying my car. Have a nice day. Click.--- No options, no questions, no ANYTHING........... for all the LIES, Smoke & Mirrors (as described by another car dealership manager when told this story), Inconvenience and WASTED TIME & MONEY. NEVER BEEN TREATED WORSE AT A DEALERSHIP... ESPECIALLY AFTER GOING THROUGH SO MUCH TROUBLE. IT DIDN'T MATTER TO THEM - IT'S NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER IN THEIR OPINION, only in their empty promises and good-guy set-up spiel. Insult to injury, their water cooler wasn't cool, they had no ac in the waiting-to-be-shysted room and the manager (salesman A) had nothing but bad to say about his fellow employees and their poor work ethic and lack of professionalism. And that was pretty much the only thing said that proved out to be true :-\ More
