I was interested in buying a new car and Rene approached us immediately. He asked questions to directly take us to what we were looking for. After purchasing the car it was really late so we had to take it to get washed the next following days. We arrived back in two days and explained to the employee working at the time that we needed to get it cleaned because it was late the night we had purchased it. Went to Pep Boys for free diagnostic. Not a free diagnostic after all. Got a quote for repair at $800. Told them I was going to call dealer. Mike told me to bring it to him. He said Diagnosis did no diagnostic after all. Got a quote for repair at $800. Told them I was going to call dealer. Mike told me to bring it to him. He said Diagnosis did not sound right. Instead of an entire fuel pump assembly, all I needed was a fuel gauge sensor. Saved me $400 and Carson Nissan washed and vacuumed my Frontier pick up!!! I got a free diagnostic from Carson Nissan and they do not even advertise it like Pep Boys. Pep boys was not even free!!! Mike recommended I return to Pep Boys for a refund on the Diagnostic bill. I did return to Pep Boys with my receipt from Carson Nissan. They could not argue with both receipts in front of them!!! I will continue to use Carson Nissan for any repair or scheduled maintenance. When I walked into Carson Nissan with my mother, we were greeted by a young man named Joe Diaz. From the very beginning Joe had asked what I was looking for and he helped me find the perfect car. At first i had fallen in love with a new 2010 Nissan Altima but unfortunately it was too far out of my price range. Both Joe and Alex assured me that they were not pushing me to buy a car i could not afford and they suggested it would be better to consider something less expensive. Instead of a new Altima I went for a used 2009 Altima and I love it. Joe and Alex did everything they could to get my monthly payments as low as possible. I would like to thank Mr. Joe Diaz, Sales Consultant, and Mr. Alex Chan, Assistant Sales Manager, for everything they did for me. Their service was amazing, I could not be happier. THANK YOU! More
I normally go to the Nissan Service center in Long Beach, but when I drove by the other day and there was nothing there, I realized it had closed. I was a bit miffed that I had to drive "4 minutes down the 4 but when I drove by the other day and there was nothing there, I realized it had closed. I was a bit miffed that I had to drive "4 minutes down the 405" (that's what the sign said). I was just going to go and see if I could make an appointment but came out a little while later with my car fixed, super friendly service from Jack, the awesome rep that helped me, and a smile on my face. I am no longer "miffed" and would drive the extra 4 minutes in a heartbeat and of course recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a smooth, unobtrusive experience at a car lot. (and...I actually got my car fixed without any hassle). More

I ended up going with the nicer car (sentra). i am very pleased with the costumer service that we were shown. the company i work for is very, very big on costumer service. so that was something i was very pleased with. my overall experience was Great. i would go back agian.
