Richard checked in from time to time to be sure Larry was doing his job (which he was and then some) and made sure to be available when we had questions. Both were friendly and low-pressure from beginning to end.They made me feel truly valued as a customer. When the sale was made, Larry went out of his way to make sure the car was ready and added some extra details at the end that I never would have thought about. I'm grateful for his attentiveness.
