Quick, greeting was nice, only improvement I would have made was the salesperson was not friendly. I purchased the car a few weeks ago, and I have already brought it into the shop 3 times for the same issue. My check engine light is still on. I made an appointment with them for a test drive. The appointment was for 11:30 and I arrived 10 minutes early. After the customer service representative checked me in, he went to his desk and got on his phone. Then, another customer walked in after me without an appointment and was helped by a different csr. After being there twenty minutes past my appointment time, the csr helping the other customer told me it was “going to be a while” before anyone could get to me. My time is valuable and the way I was treated there was very disrespectful. Why make appointments if they don’t mean anything to anyone there?! I really wanted to sell my vehicle and buy one that was there but after my experience I will not give them my business or money. How can I trust a company that obviously can’t keep their word? I can’t and won’t. More
