Every aspect of the transaction went exceptionally well! From finding the vehicle on the CarMax site, having it shipped to the Shreveport location, the trade in of my other vehicle and the purchasing and delivery of the vehicle. No hassle, no negotiations, no high pressure like a new car dealership! A very calm, peaceful, straightforward experience where I was treated with dignity and respect.
