As a first time, online buyer, I was very wary of buying a car in this manner. This dealership, and it's pre-sale team were OUTSTANDING! Buying through CarMax Tucson East, is the only way to go...they made a true believer out of me. No hassles, no stress and no little room you get taken to to upsell you on loans, warranties and add-ons! Unfortunately, there were some pre-delivery items on the car that were overlooked by the service center, resulting in a great deal of anxiety for my wife and I, but they were resolved immediately in a quick and professional manner to our complete satisfaction... this made our purchase of our Genesis G80 quite enjoyable. My husand and I went into Carmax with an appointment to test drive a car that was transported here from Phoenix Carmax. The staff was very courteous and the experience was very pleasant. Some employees are great. Others don't care to hear you out. My husband and I found a van, test drove it and fell in love. We decided to get it but then found out it was not available. We found another van from California so we got it transferred. We waited 2 weeks and finally got a call that it's ready. We drove it and were head over heals for it. Our kids loved it, Dan great and wanted it. Did the paperwork and drove off with our new van. The next day, we get a call that we have the wrong van and they have the correct one there. I was furious because we bought a car that we didn't test drive, see on the inside and out, I was angry. So we returned the van that I thought was the one that was transferred and drove off with the correct one. This vans ac is not working as it s j would. I called to schedule a inspection with casie and all he did was put in a thermometer and said it works fine. I went back angry and spoke with AJ. He heard me out and listened to me. So he told me to go to chrystlet and they will do a better inspection. More
