Overall, my experience with CarMax was positive, and I’m very happy with the car itself. It’s exactly what I was looking for and has been great so far. The purchasing process was generally smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. That said, there were a couple of oversights after the sale that were inconvenient. The emissions test was not completed prior to delivery, so I had to take care of that myself during the holidays, which was difficult to fit into my schedule. Additionally, some of the required documents for my co-signer were missed, and he now has to go to a dealership near him to complete the signing. While these weren’t major issues, they did create extra steps that could have been avoided. Overall, I’m still happy with the vehicle and the experience, but I would recommend double-checking that all required paperwork and inspections are completed before delivery.
From the moment we walked in it was a welcome experience. Kind and friendly service. Lisa was the first to greet us and was very courteous. We conveyed what we were looking for and Lisa researched and we now have the car she found. Good experience. We are very happy to have found Lisa at Carmax and will recommend family and friends.

The end but prices was super easy and low stress. The representative at the lot provided a friendly and human experience.

My salesperson, Holly Church was absolutely awesome. She was attentive to my needs showed me everything on the vehicle and was just absolutely fantastic.
