I have one issue with trying to get help via a phone call. I received a package with my paperwork, and had a question about something, so I called the number on the letter enclosed with the paperwork. The recording said the store was open, but i needed to talk to the business office, which was closed. It gave me the option to press a number for the hours for the business hours, but when i pressed the number, it took me back to the main menu, and asked me what i needed. I said i had a question about the paperwork I received, and the recording advised that the store is open, but the business office was not open. It asked if I wanted to know the hours of the business office, and told me to press the number I had already selected. I pressed the number, which took me back to the main menu. I said I wanted to talk to a person, then it asked what my question was, and I repeated I wanted to talk to a person. I was transferred to a person, who was not at the store. He advised that the business office is too busy to answer their phones on saturday mornings, and advised that I might have better luck, if I call back this afternoon! I've got plans this afternoon. I was really disappointed with your phone service, and the fact that I couldn't figure out what hours the business office is open. I think it would be much better for customers to hear that all representatives are currently busy, and they could have someone call me back. I didn't enjoy being on a merry-go-round, and still not have my concerns taken care of! I made 3 calls, and still have no answer to my concern, and I'm not looking forward to calling back later, hoping there just might be someone who is not too busy to address my concern! 😡 More

I ordered a car to test drive; I was allowed to test drive for 24 hours. There was no pressure. Noah streamlined the purchase, registered the car even. Carmax paid for two maintenance issues. Dealership experience was good. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I was told the truck was fueled but only a quarter of a tank. I had the tires replaced because I prefer ATs for off road trips. I found out the lug nuts were the wrong ones for the truck and were barely connected with a half inch of thread. One of the rims would not balance properly. I had to replace the rims and lug nuts to ensure my safety. More
