happy with purchase Went in with the wife and kid looking for a couple of used cars I saw online. Upon arriving I was quickly greeted by Leslie who who showed me to one of the cars and informed me the one I was looking for was sold the night before. He showed me a very similar model that was almost 4k more. We went on a surprisingly lengthy test drive through various roads. I liked the car but informed Leslie it was out of my budget. He worked with us for a few hours till he was abe to drop the price by 3k and lower my payments. Took my trade-in too. The kid was fine the whole time playing in the kids corner. After driving the car a couple of days I noticed the a/c did not blow cold air, the front blinker bulb was out, and the breaks squeeked. I called them back a week later to schedule an appointment for the following week. They were very helpful on the phone. When I took the car in the service department was great. They listened to all my concerns and adressed all my concerns without any hassle. Very satisfied with my experience. My only minor gripe is they didn't give me a full tank of gas but it's no biggie. More

We are so satisfied - we bought 2 cars from them! We bought a 2014 Passat TDI on a Friday, a week later we bought a 2014 Jetta Sportwagen TDI. I've had previous experience with other car dealers, typ We bought a 2014 Passat TDI on a Friday, a week later we bought a 2014 Jetta Sportwagen TDI. I've had previous experience with other car dealers, typically they can be categorized as "pushy" and I like to call them "sharks". This is NOT my experience with Cardinale VW. Our Passat purchase was through Maria, because this was her first sale she was having 2 associates (Thomas and Leslie) walk her through the process. They were being very professional to her, and they was explaining the process very politely and it didn't seem like they were trying to greedily "get in" on her sale. From my perspective they were genuinely trying to help her, I think that this reflects extremely well on the business. We were extremely happy to be Maria's first sale, she has contacted us a couple of times to follow up on our purchase to make sure that we didn't have any questions about the car. Maria did an awesome job! We feel that we got a good deal on the car, the whole process was totally painless, every step of the process was well explained, never did I feel like I was being forced, tricked, or misled. We were so happy with our Passat purchase that we decided to test drive a Jetta SportWagen TDI. My previous car was quite a gas guzzler! I really enjoyed how the JSW drove, it has great cargo room, great gas mileage, etc. I will preface this by saying that I don't normally like going into the showroom to negotiate price. This is typically a stressful and awful process. Based on my previous experience when buying the Passat I knew that this was not how Cardinale VW operates, so I had no problem going in to the showroom to see how much the "out the door" price would be. I feel that they really bent over backwards to make the deal happen and I drove away with our 2nd new VW of the month. Leslie was a great representation of what a car salesman should be, I have his personal cell # in my phonebook and I know that he would bend over backwards to help us out if we ever had any questions or had any special requests.
