Booker was extremely professional and helpful in my search for a used car. After dealing with a number of used car sales people at other dealers, this was a very different experience and I felt like he search for a used car. We contacted the dealership through the online finance application. Mark contacted us the following day inquiring about the specific car we were interested in and what our guidelines for purchasing were. application. When I first leased my VW Jetta 2011 in July of that year I was greeted by Mr. Kelly and he seamed very friendly and professional. As our lease was nearing the end we received an email from Mr. Kelly about getting into a New 2014 Jetta for little or no money down. As we exchanged email conversations in regards to the car we were interested in he helped us to find the best deal for our family's situation. When I got down to the dealership I was greeted by Mr. Kelly again with the same friendly approach we took a test drive where he pointed out all of the upgrades that this Jetta came with. When we returned to the lot I walked away with the car of our choice and it took very little time to fill out all paperwork, get through finance and with no hassle at all I was given the keys and was happily on my way.
