Service used to be better. Now when a service rep says he will call you when parts are in, no call received. I had to call back myself. Service work, this last time, was not done in amount of time I was told. The service was not completed per Hyundai specs and was told the rep would contact Hyundai and call me back. Still waiting. However, from past experiences I would still recommend. More
