If I could leave zero stars for this dealership I would. The arrogance of an employee by the name of Scott Jackson is beyond describable. We came in to look at a car and possibly trade our existing car in. The arrogance of an employee by the name of Scott Jackson is beyond describable. We came in to look at a car and possibly trade our existing car in. We received an extremely insulting offer for our car which was immaculate and had very low mileage. We told our sales associate that was not a number we were willing to work with. A few minutes after this, one Scott Jackson came over with both hands on his hips, DID NOT INTRODUCE HIMSELF, and said (quote) "What are you trying to accomplish here?!" This is a car dealship so I'm quite positive I'm here to hopefully purchase a car and not buy groceries. We commented that we did not accept what their offer for our trade in was to which he replies, (quote) "We're happy to let you keep YOUR car." How very generous of him. How absolutely appalling and unprofessional!!!!! So we were happy to let them keep THEIR car. Needless to say we left abruptly. I would steer anyone and everyone away from CardinaleWay Hyundai Corona for any and all business. CardinaleWay Hyundai Corona does not deserve any business whatsoever if this is the way they treat people. CardinaleWay should consider themselves quite lucky that this behavior and treatment did not taint ALL CardinaleWay dealerships as I ended up making a purchase the very next day from CardinaleWay Hyundai Glendora. The team of people at Glendora were the complete opposite from the Corona location. From the top to the bottom , the employees were sincere, honest, and professional. We met the regional used car manager from the corporate office and he offered us a fair value for our trade in. He could not understand nor could he explain why the offer from the Corona location was so off the mark. Everyone person looking to purchase a car and or sell theirs back to a dealership is just looking for the best deal they can possibly get. There is no need for any dealership to be rude or treat potential customers in the manner in which Scott Jackson treats people. He is a bully and most likely uses his position as a power trip. For clarification, I found Scott's name via their website, as I stated earlier he did not even bother to introduce his arrogant self. If you want professional, honest dealings, please visit Hyundai in Glendora. If you want to be insulted and treated poorly, please viait Hyundai in Corona and ask for Scott Jackson. More
Had a great experience buying the car originally but am having a difficult time dealing with customer service afterward. My husband and I bought the car in late March and it is currently the end of June an having a difficult time dealing with customer service afterward. We have been trying to call the dealership for weeks trying to find someone to help us and they keep telling us they will call us back. Our temporary license plate is expired now and we found out after calling multiple times that the person in charge of DMV paperwork is on vacation and there's nothing they can do to help. More

In the service department Mike Vance has been helping me with my first dealership, he was very knowledgeable and helped us through the whole process. In the service department Mike Vance has been helping me with my first car I purchased there and have had for 4+ years, always takes care of me, gets my car in and out quickly. Very happy with my experience with this dealership from sales to service. More
Awful service after selling me a car. 1. Car was delivered to me without a charging cable. I had to make a trip to the dealer to pick up the cable, defeating the purpose of having the 1. Did not get copies of the signed paperwork until a week later. This was after I had to call multiple times to remind them to send it. 3. Car was delivered with bubbles and dirt in the door edge film that they make you pay extra for. They promised to fix it, but the person who does it was not in the day they asked me to bring the car in. They then said the person would call to arrange coming to me to fix it. That was a month ago. No call, and no response from the sales person or manager when I have called and texted to follow up. 4. A couple weeks after I got the car, I got a bill in the mail for some tolls. The salesman, K, had taken the toll roads to deliver the car to me. He did not mention this at all. I called and texted him after I got the bill. He has not responded at all. I got a hold of the manager J, but only by calling the sales department and having them connect me to her. She asked me to send her the billing info for the toll and she would take care of it (this was at the same time I talked to her about #4 above). Again, that was a a month ago, and the toll is still unpaid. I have texted her reminders and follow ups a few times in the last month and have not gotten any response. More
