The finance department was very unprofessional and unorganized. Carmax's motto is supposed to be a very simple and short process on buying their vehicles. It toke us 6 hours to purchase our 4Runner! The people who directly helped me with the car trade-in/Sale of new car were excellent. Also, people in general on the floor were very helpful. The only problem is the business office which obvi trade-in/Sale of new car were excellent. Also, people in general on the floor were very helpful. The only problem is the business office which obviously had a lot of down time, people visibly visiting with each other, eating, having a good time while I had to wait an hour for documents to be prepared and copied. Then, in followup, I emailed and called a total of 4 times after the sale to have a registration question answered. I love my new car and can recommend CarMax as a place to buy cars, but they need to work on quality customer service instead of parties in the business office. More

Whole process was great.
