Evan Limming did an excellent job. Issues and miscommunication with Carmax's finance department required multiple trips back and forth to our bank. The people who directly helped me with the car trade-in/Sale of new car were excellent. Also, people in general on the floor were very helpful. The only problem is the business office which obvi trade-in/Sale of new car were excellent. Also, people in general on the floor were very helpful. The only problem is the business office which obviously had a lot of down time, people visibly visiting with each other, eating, having a good time while I had to wait an hour for documents to be prepared and copied. Then, in followup, I emailed and called a total of 4 times after the sale to have a registration question answered. I love my new car and can recommend CarMax as a place to buy cars, but they need to work on quality customer service instead of parties in the business office. More
