Poor communication! Car took 3 weeks to arrive, updates stopped over a week before arrival. Due to the amount of time it took for the car to arrive, they had to totally redo my trade-in, only to arrive at the same amount that they had promised they would honor. Associate was obviously new, but nobody worked with her to assist. Multiple times she would get stuck and have to go ask for guidance, only to return alone to continue the process until she got stuck again and require additional help. Carmax failed to honor the interest rate that I was pre-approved for. Will never buy from Carmax again! More

Our experience buying a car at Carmax was easy, start to finish. I called ahead and was able to get my questions answered right away, as well as photos I requested. Everyone was very pleasant, but ultimately did not follow through. It took my own persistence to reach the lot where I bought my car. More

Staff was pleasant and low pressure. Mike was great to work with! We were free to wander through the lot and since all the vehicles were unlocked we could sit in each one and get a feel Mike was great to work with!
