We were directed to the dealership through the Costco Auto Purchasing plan and had a little concern about the process as the last car we purchased from another dealership did not go very well. We had an appointment and when we arrived and identified ourselves, the manager (Larry Smith) came out to greet us and introduced us to the two salesmen we would be working with. Brian Biggar and a trainee Kyron. We never had so much fun purchasing anything. Although they were very professional, we were joking and being entertained while learning about the features of the cars we chose, financing options, and the other benefits we would receive. We would and will take anyone we know who is looking for a car and introduce them personally to Brian and Kyron and Car Pros. We especially liked the ringing of the cow bell! What a nice touch.
