Waited 2 hours for an oil change ask for an update. Over heard conversation that they never started oil change and that car was forgotten. Came up with an excuse that they were waiting for an oil filte Over heard conversation that they never started oil change and that car was forgotten. Came back an hour later to finish oil change and still waited and extra hour after coming back. Very slow service than before. Used to only take about 45 minutes or less a few years back for oil changes. More

The service dept was spot on repairing my car. I had plans to leave town, Ms Cassie she kept me update on my repairs. Ms. Cassie is an OUTSTANDING Service Advisor. KUDOS to her and the tech that I had plans to leave town, Ms Cassie she kept me update on my repairs. Ms. Cassie is an OUTSTANDING Service Advisor.
