I had an appointment for an oil change and to check out the TMPS system nice it keeps losing pressure. My car still sat in the entryway for over an hour before I went up to ask when it would be taken back the TMPS system nice it keeps losing pressure. My car still sat in the entryway for over an hour before I went up to ask when it would be taken back to service. A different service writer checked and had it taken back shortly. The oil change was completed within an hour but I was told that they only had time to check the tires for leaks and I would need to make another appointment for the TPMS to be addressed. I expressed my disappointment and was told that any vehicle brought in for this type of service in the afternoon wouldn’t have time to be checked out that day. I would have appreciated being told that when I checked the car in for service. I have noticed that Service Writers have turned over frequently since Caposio bought Greiner. I am considering looking for a different dealership in the future. More
