They are grate with taking in the car but no updates I had to call them to check the status. This place was much better when it was Greiner GMC. It’s gone downhill since. I’m not sure the cashiers name but she was also extremely unprofessional. I bought a brand new 2021 Yukon AT4 2 and a hal It’s gone downhill since. I’m not sure the cashiers name but she was also extremely unprofessional. I bought a brand new 2021 Yukon AT4 2 and a half years ago and paid for the maintenance package as well so I would never have to pay for oil changes and tire rotations in the future. I explain this every time I drop my truck off for service and I still get a bill at the end every single time. I always have to explain it again to the cashier so they don’t charge me. This time the lady working had attitude. She said I owed $66 and I explained no I do not I have a prepaid maintenance plan. She looked at me like I was lying so I said “it should be in your system” in which she rudely replied “it should be?” Extremely unprofessional. Yes you know what, it should be in your system. I don’t have your computer and I don’t know what’s in your system. Honestly I shouldn’t have to explain this every single time I come in. So YES IT SHOULD BE IN YOUR SYSTEM. I don’t understand why I get a bill every single time and even if I tell you at the time of drop off that I have the service plan, I ALWAYS receive a bill at the end and have to explain myself again. Why even offer this stupid plan if it’s going to be such a hassle for you and your customers? If I could take my truck anywhere else to get serviced I would. Then on top of it now I’m receiving emails from you saying that your records show I missed my service appointment?! Your guys records and system completely suck. Unfortunately this is my only option up here. It’s too bad Greiner sold this dealership. More
