they did an OK service on my vehicle but didn’t happen to mention the fact that certain things weren’t included when I said I wanted to complete service of the vehicle not just the oil and the oil filter. Once again the service department took nearly 4 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation, and tire repair. When I checked in they told me it would take 2 hours. Every time I come to Caposio for service they do an oil change, tire rotation, and tire repair. When I checked in they told me it would take 2 hours. Every time I come to Caposio for service they take forever. It is the only Buick/GMC dealer close by and I think they know that and make little effort to improve their service time. We are moving but I will definitely not recommend Caposio to anyone. More
