I scheduled my appointment was quoted $123. 18. I get to the dealer and I'm told it will be $189.00. I showed the service rep my quote and I was told he didn't know why they quoted me that. Hr w 18. I took another chance on there service department. Just as bad as the last time. Had to cause a scene before a manager would even hear me out. No communication between worker's and management.
