TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPT! We had a 9:30am appointment arrived early dropped off the car for just an oil change. Text at noon to see if it was done…. No answer. Called at 12:30 We had a 9:30am appointment arrived early dropped off the car for just an oil change. Text at noon to see if it was done…. No answer. Called at 12:30pm and was told it was in the bay now and would be done soon. Showed up at 2:45pm and it was not done. They had not even started it yet. 4:38pm finally got the call it was done. Ridiculous with an appointment it takes 7 hours to get an oil change? Then they didn’t even fully reset the oil notification light we had to complete that ourselves. We stopped going here a year or so ago and I remember why now! There is always an issue. I will never be back! This was a one and done for me! I understand me taking my 4 GM vehicles back to the Chevy Dealership really is no loss for them but I’m sure the Chevy Dealership will be happy to have us as a customer! More
