We knew right off that back that he wasn’t like any other car salesman. He was very honest and was there to help us, not just to sell a car. After looking at a few cars we left to do more research but the only person and car that stood out from the rest was the RAV4 and Gerardo. His attitude was extremely welcoming and that is what brought us back to finally buy the RAV4. He gave us a great first time Toyota buying experience. He worked with our budget and helped us get the car of our dreams at a great price. Definitely recommending him to all my friends and family. I will definitely be coming back to Capitol Toyota when we look for our family truck. The buying process was quick and easy. I will enjoy my new car all thanks to Gerardo and Capitol Toyota. Good and not so good I have been coming here for years. The customer service is great! Was told about a nail in my tire. I had my tires warranty at an outside shop so I re I have been coming here for years. The customer service is great! Was told about a nail in my tire. I had my tires warranty at an outside shop so I returned to it to have it removed. At that time was made aware of my shocks and struts leaking and should be replaced. This wasn’t informed to me by the technician who checked it off as good. They informed me my tires are wearing and should be replaced. No mention of the shocked and struts which need to be looked at and reviewed if the tires are wearing oddly. No mention of an alignment either. So I’m having all that done elsewhere from a trusted source. It would have been nice to know they are leaking rather than being told we wait till the leak goes all the way down the strut then consider it a necessity to replace. That is my only issue. Otherwise, service and everything has been fairly consistent and good. I can’t read the technicians signature or I’d note that here. More
