Negative experience I brought my van in for regular service. The tire specialist looked at my tires as soon as I pulled up and told me that I would need new tires by my n I brought my van in for regular service. I had just purchased tires at my last service visit - they did not even have 15,000 miles on them! He brought out a quote for new ones and told me that he had a special price for today only and tried to get me to replace them. He told me that the ones I had were no good. I asked him if that were true why did they put them on the last time I was here? No answer for that, just said I should get new ones. Pressuring me to purchase tires I don't need - are there other things they are telling me I need that I don't? No one called me when my car was ready - I dropped off on Friday, called and kept getting sent to voice mail. Finally just came back on Sunday night to pick it up. Terrible service. More

Does what you need I have been taking my car here for service since 2012 when I bought my car from Capitol Toyota. They used to wash/vacuum your car when you bring in fo I have been taking my car here for service since 2012 when I bought my car from Capitol Toyota. They used to wash/vacuum your car when you bring in for service. But they don't do any of that now. I know that they said it was due to drought last year so I let that go. But we are no longer in a drought and still no wash or vacuum. The tech told me it was due to the new equipment that they are required to use to recycle the water, which is being built with the new building so they'll over it once that is done. But why can't they vacuum the interior of my car? It was definitely in need and worse is that their tech left my car dirtier that when I dropped off. My interior driver door has these marks from what looks like dirty work boots. Really annoying that I get my car back and it is dirtier than when I dropped off. My friend has mazda and they get a coupon to go get a car wash at classic. So they are definitely more customer service friendly in comparison. I would've preferred that than nothing. More

Disappointment Service From Service Advisor Service advisor was not honest and dropped the ball on my service. 1) Had recall work done at the dealership and brought in the recall papers from Toy Service advisor was not honest and dropped the ball on my service. 1) Had recall work done at the dealership and brought in the recall papers from Toyota. Service advisor wrote up estimate for other work since recall service was being performed, I left service advisor and went back 10 minutes later since service advisor did not give me back the recall papers from Toyota. Service advisor said she shredded my recall papers from Toyota. I was very disappointed she shredded it (rather than stapling it with all my other papers).Therefore, I walked to the door of the service center, and another service advisor said he can get my papers since they were not shredded and were only locked inside a box behind my service advisor's desk. Lucky, this other service advisor got the key, and opened the box and gave me my recall papers from Toyota. I was a little angry that my service advisor would not even go get the key and unlock the box and give me my papers. Also, I was upset that she lied to me about my papers already being shredded. 2)Promised me that service would be done a little after 3:00 PM. Walked into the dealership at 3:45 and vehicle was still not ready. Waited for service advisor, who said she called my home and said that radiator hose needs to be changed, but they already flushed and changed the antifreeze and told me that I had to now pay for antifreeze again when the hose is changed. Got home and found out that service tech called my house at 4:20 PM (right before I saw her at the deanship). Very disappointed with this visit. However, this is not the first time I was disappointed at this dealership. There was another incident where my Camry was having a recall work done, and I was told that my air filter needs to be changed. I told the service advisor that the air filter was installed by me less than 500 miles ago. The service advisor walked to my car and opened the hood, and found a new air filter which I had placed in my Camry. The service advisor was embarrassed and said that the mechanic may have gotten confused which car needed a new air filter. Ultimately, I am upset that the service advisor that I dealt with this time lied to me about calling me about my hose needing to be replaced when she called my house and left a message at my house after I had already arrived at the dealer. I have the time stamped call still sitting on my machine showing that she called me at 4:20 PM. More
