A kind of dealer who abuses your car Took my car there for some maintance work because there was a issue when I bought this new car. However, I left my car there for a day due to their busy workload. The next day when I got there, I was surprised to see my car was driven over 25 miles. It is just very contemptible to see something like this. I strongly assume they are not taking car to different place for service which defeats the purpose of having a service center where it is. So if you see something, say something. Hope my review helps any future customer and the dealer with improving their service. More
Fast service Dash light went on so went in for maintenance. Mario found coupons for me and clearly communicated what needed to be done and how long it would take. He even sent someone to Dublin to pick up a part so I could get my car back. More

The manager took away the remote control and won't allow the cashiers to change channels. If you want local news (like KRON 4), you need to wait until the Showroom opens at 8:00AM and watch their TV. Also, where else could you go for an oil change and pay more than 33% of the advertised price due to added fees? More
