Leo/Freddy/Debbie the best Customer Service Reps I love the Service personnel that book and get my appointment going. They have always taken care of my needs not to mention make sure that my 2007 Hig I love the Service personnel that book and get my appointment going. They have always taken care of my needs not to mention make sure that my 2007 Highlander is running strong. Still with 140,000 miles and I believe will be running for a lot more. I have taken my wonderful old body style, 2007 to this dealership since I bought it in late 2007. Unfortunately, I have had a not so fortunate experience with the mechanic/or workers on the other side of the experience for the first time. Car was returned with the interior dirty and grease on the door panel steering wheel and shift knob. Leo was the original customer service person, and on the return, Freddie took over(Leo off). Again spoiled with the issue resolved. Thank you all and Vinnie for your professionalism and quick resolving skills. Love this place!! More
