Poor work on car I brought in car for service. I especially mentioned to check cabin filter because of weird odor. I was assured that it was part of the inspection. I brought in car for service. I especially mentioned to check cabin filter because of weird odor. I was assured that it was part of the inspection. The driver's side undercarriage had fallen off. A new part was to be replaced. On picking up the car- Mr. Hall said the filter was in the yellow and would be replaced next service. They were unable to replace the undercarriage because the bolt had been ripped off. I would need to go to a body shop to get the whole bumper or fender replaced. I looked in my cabin filter and found mice feces on the filter which had been eater. I also found a huge amount of chewed paper behind the filter after it was removed. No one had examined the filter. I took the car to my mechanic regarding the undercarriage. He said that he would order the part and be able to replace it. A body shop is not needed. So - work was not done as said it was. I was told to follow an extremely more costly route of repair ( which was not necessary) for the undercarriage. I hope to never have to return to this dealership. More
