Capitol Subaru in Salem, OR extended an offeror me to trade in my six-year old Outback for a lease on a new 2021 Outback. I met with the lease manager for 90 minutes while he patiently and effectively ex trade in my six-year old Outback for a lease on a new 2021 Outback. I met with the lease manager for 90 minutes while he patiently and effectively explained the lease vs. own scenarios and in the end I was completely convinced by his thoughtful, non-pressured, professional presentation of the information. Even better, the dealership was willing to give me far more for my trade-in than the Kelley Blue Book value. In backing out of the dealership parking lot I accidentally struck a light stanchion and did $2500 damage to the back end of my Outback. I was inconsolable at the thought that through my carelessness I may have screwed up the deal or at the least flushed $2500 of equity down the drain. The dealership then did the unthinkable: they told me they would hold to their committed agreement, including the SAME TRADE IN VALUE that they had agreed upon. In short, they were willing to eat the damage costs that I had caused myself and put me into the lease that we had agreed upon. It was as if the accident never happened. Unbelievable. The best dealership experience I have ever had. More

Everything was awesome from buying to leaving the lot, but i signed a paper saying the did an inspection and changed the oil and that was not truck.
