We received our 2022 Outback Touring in January but recently went back for our Encore Delivery session with Andrew. While we had review our manual before the meeting and driven for two month, there we recently went back for our Encore Delivery session with Andrew. While we had review our manual before the meeting and driven for two month, there were so many things were were still unsure of and, as we found out, didn't even know. Andrew was the employee who did the Encore session. He was amazing. I am pretty positive that there is nothing he doesn't know about an Outback! Note, he's also expected to know about ALL Subaru models. My wife and I can't say enough great things about Andrew. As stated, he was very knowledgeable but he was personable, patient, and out-going. On top of all of his great work, Andrew also gave us a $25 Shell gasoline gift card! This experience with Andrew was the cherry on top of the great leasing experience we had with Dan Penick.
