Brought my F350 in to repair touch screen. I was told it would take 2 days, ended up taking 8 days. No parts in store caused severe inconvenience. The touch console part was sold by Ford for I was told it would take 2 days, ended up taking 8 days. No parts in store caused severe inconvenience. The touch console part was sold by Ford for $1400, which is sold for $300 after market with a 1 year guarantee. Ford provides a 2-year warranty. What's more concerning Ford Heavy Duty repair facility on Millbrook Rd North Carolina has NO diversity! More
