Getting a diagnosis for what was wrong with my car was easy but the dealership wanted to charge a fee for every diagnostic they did. My service advisor was supposed to help me search for the part I neede easy but the dealership wanted to charge a fee for every diagnostic they did. My service advisor was supposed to help me search for the part I needed since it was discontinued by Ford. I have still not heard back from him and it has been over a month. I found the part myself on ebay. More

The salesman and sales manager did a good job the day of the purchase. 2 days after purchasing the car, the finance programs changed and I was told there was nothing that could be done. I feel slighted and am really not happy with the way this was handled. Until something is done to offset the amount of money that I will lose in this deal, I will not give any rating other than average. The way this has been handled is not the way you take care of a loyal Ford buyer. This is the 5th Ford I have bought new since 2013. More
