Came in with damage to the right front bumper, no missing parts to my car. Left dealership with missing a handful of parts of my door & other pieces from under my hood. Took 3 months & several trips from lea parts to my car. Left dealership with missing a handful of parts of my door & other pieces from under my hood. Took 3 months & several trips from leaving the dealership to having the miscellaneous parts ordered (don't know what happened to the perfectly good ones that the car came to the dealership with) & finally having them replaced. Absolutely ZERO quality control. More

Slow shop work. Mike Kulic did a good job but could not get the shop to meet the estimated (1 to 1.5 hours) schedule to complete the work - a replacement key and a N Mike Kulic did a good job but could not get the shop to meet the estimated (1 to 1.5 hours) schedule to complete the work - a replacement key and a NC required safety check. The work was not completed until about 3 hours and I had to go to the Ford dealership to get my replacement key finished. Did that today and now the job is all done. More
