We had shopped around at a few car lots but this one was by far the best when it came down to customer satisfaction. David and the rest of the staff that were involved in our car buying experience treated us outstanding. We are a young couple (20 & 21) so at other lots we found that the salesmen were not taking us seriously when we were asked what we were in the market for. Great Service I have always received exceptional service on my 2013 F-150 at the dealership. I hope in the future that Ford is more careful when selecting the brak I have always received exceptional service on my 2013 F-150 at the dealership. I hope in the future that Ford is more careful when selecting the brake rotors for their new vehicles as the ones selected for 2013-2014 F150's are poor quality. Brake rotor warpage after only 20k-30k miles on a full size truck is unacceptable. Unfortunately because brake rotors and pads are normal wear items they are not covered under warranty on my $35,000 truck, however the dealership will turn the rotors and replace pads at owner expense? "F-150 Built Ford Tough", not so sure anymore? More
