Excellent buying experience! This is our fourth car from Capital Ford of Wilmington. Our sales consultant, Matt Allen, went above and beyond our expectations; we ran the gamut of This is our fourth car from Capital Ford of Wilmington. Our sales consultant, Matt Allen, went above and beyond our expectations; we ran the gamut of cars, suv's, and finally trucks. He ended up ordering a new F150 for us after telling us about all the great incentives Ford was offering on new trucks. We had one small hiccup with the trailer brake controller, but Matt, in conjunction with Sales Manager Billy Van, promptly ordered a new controller module and had me come in three days later and fixed in 45 minutes. Perfect! Matt was working with George Burwell, the sales professional from our previous car purchase, and let me tell you, the team is second to none. Kudos to both for a job well done! More
