The small details made a huge impression such as we was offered a drink (water, soda, coffee) by almost every employee, One of the employees came to the car to set up the Bluetooth link for us, the whole establishment is very clean. When we were introduced to the employees in the service department they were very helpful to answer any questions about the car we purchased and were able to print out service info for our car as well. After spending two months searching most dealerships the only thing the other guys did was present a strong multiple person push to get the sale "today today today' because they had the best product and the best deal. I called and spoke with Tony Taylor and he was able to fit me in the same day to have my car problems diagnosed. Tony explained everything that was wrong with my car to me and he included a detailed estimate. He made me feel like he really cared about me making it safely to Miami and not breaking down on the road. I am always very anxious about bringing my car in for service with the high cost of parts and labor, but Tony made this experience one of the best experiences that I have had with MB dealerships.
