Just bought a preowned Mercedes C230 Sport from Capital Eurocar. I am not use to the CD changer being in the glove box and had some problems. I called the service deparmtent and Tony offered me an appointment right away but I explained I worked out of town and asked if he could walk me through some troubleshoting steps. He really went out of his way to be patient and think of anything I could do to resolve the problem. Even though I wasn't able to resolve the issue my husband was within a minute when he tried. The car is still under warranty so it wouldn't have cost anything and the dealer could have billed, but instead my time and convenience was put ahead of profits. I am happy with the price we paid, the overall experience and now the service department. When we decided to get another car I looked at it as a burden but I must admit I love my car and the negative sterotypes I have about car dealers are being changed everyday by Capital Eurocars.
