I have to say that as a female walking into a car dealership is always intimidating-especially becacuse 9 out of 10 times(usually 10 out of 10) your sales person will be a male and probably have a pre-conceived notion about you as a female. Scott was EXTREMELY nice, welcoming and very friendly/comforting. He was not pushy nor was he judgmental. He also was very professional in both his attire as well as the way he spoke to me as well as the car. (I appreciate the way you look and speak-esp in the sales capacity) He quickly became a trustworthy person in my eyes, and that's hard to do because I am a sales person as well-different arena-but all the same I know the game. Scott provided instant information when asked, and as we went through the process he treated me and my purchase with the highest respect. I very much would recommend my friends/colleagues as well as customers (doctors and nurses) to go to Scott if they are ever interested in a MB/BMW/Porche/Volvo/VW. Thank you. Lisa Finn More
